Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market
With local musicians, fresh flowers, and a vast array of local produce, crafts, gifts, and more, the Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market is a must-visit for new Covenant residents. This Sunday market also features other entertainment, such as guest chef speakers, a “Longevity Program,” and an arts & crafts zone for kids. The RSF Farmers Market newsletter offers readers a new “longevity recipe” each week, spotlighting ingredients that are in-season and available at the market.
Solana Beach Farmers Market
Voted One of San Diego’s “Great Farmer’s Markets” by San Diego Magazine, Solana Beach Farmers Market sells a variety of organic produce, as well as homemade crafts and other gifts like soap, jewelry, and more. The market is also home to an open-air food court for eat-in dining and has been open for over a decade.
Chino Farm
This family-owned market sells organic fruits & vegetables, all harvested the same day they are sold. The farm is run by a third-generation Japanese family and operates on 50 acres of land. During the last 50 years, the Chino family “has hosted over 1000 Japanese trainees who have come to work in the fields and greenhouses, and to study the Chinos’ ideas, techniques, and guiding principles.”
