Fairbanks Ranch is a 1,200 acre private gated community made up of roughly 600 homes, with nearly 100 acres of open space parks, lakes, and trails throughout. The community takes its name from the historic estate once associated with silent film actor Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickford. The private residential community was later developed by Ray Watt in 1977.
