Rancho Valencia is a small guard gated community in Rancho Santa Fe built around the grounds of Forbes 5 Star Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa. The neighborhood sits on 45 acres and includes just over 30 single family homes, with architecture primarily in Spanish and Mediterranean styles. Homes commonly range from about 3,500 to 8,300 square feet, with many developed from the mid 1980s forward and some newer construction added later. A few properties look out toward the resort grounds or the adjacent Rancho Santa Fe Farms golf course.
The Villas at Rancho Valencia offer a resort based ownership model with 12 residences with deeded fractional ownership and membership privileges while in residence. The community is right next door to Rancho Santa Fe Farms and close to Del Rayo Village and Rancho Santa Fe Village, with convenient access to dining, daily services, and the coast.
