Paseo

Formerly Rancho Santa Fe Bistro, Paseo RSF is located inside a historic Village building that once housed Rancho Santa Fe’s original schoolhouse. Jennifer Fields took over the restaurant in 2025 and completed an $800,000 renovation, updating the interior with new furnishings and lighting. The patio was also refreshed with new landscaping while preserving the familiar neighborhood feel of the former Bistro. Paseo is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Read my full review here.
