The Rancho Santa Fe Patrol provides exclusive security services for The Covenant residents. Established in 1976 by the Rancho Santa Fe Association after the removal of the County Deputy position, the Patrol operates around the clock to protect our community.
While independent, the Patrol works closely with the Sheriff's Department and California Highway Patrol to maintain community safety.

Planning to travel? Association members can request free security checks of their property. To do so, download and complete the required form, then submit it either in person or via fax to the Patrol Office. For additional assistance or to arrange extra patrols during your absence, call (858) 756-4372.
During critical incidents such as missing persons or suspects, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department utilizes helicopter announcements. To receive these updates, text "HELLO" to (858) 866-HELO (4356) when you hear a helicopter in your area.
